Return Policy

Return Policy:

No Returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items (such as Lip Gloss, Body Scrub, Body Butter, Hair Serum etc. please review product description for Final Sale Products), except for if flaws in the workmanship are found (as long as original labeling is intact and bags are intact).

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that has its original labeling intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at info@goddessbecreations.com  to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval (Please do not send items back for return or refund without prior emailed approval). Only items with intact labeling will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when item was received by you. Once we receive this item after emailed approval for return you will be sent an exchanged product within 5 - 10 business days. Returned items will only be exchanged for same product or a product for equal value (discounts and promotions do not qualify for exchanged items).
